What is Merck Sample Center?

Merck Sample Center provides eligible licensed US health care professionals the ability to request available Merck product samples, vouchers, and/or coupons for use with their appropriate patients.

Who can register for Merck Sample Center?

Only licensed US health care professionals may register for Merck Sample Center.

How do I register for Merck Sample Center?

Click the "Check Eligibility & Register" link on the home page and enter the required information.
All fields that include a red asterisk (*) are required. All of the information you submit on this form is protected under the Physicians Interactive Privacy Notice.

How do I change my account information and password?

Once you've logged in to Merck Sample Center, click on the "My Profile" link to edit your account information. To change your password, click the "Change" link under "Password" on the profile page.

What should I do if I am having trouble with my Merck Sample Center log in?

If you are having trouble logging in to Merck Sample Center, call our site technology experts Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM ET at 1-866-363-3726.

Why haven't I received the samples I requested?

Your samples, vouchers, and/or coupons are shipped to your office as soon as your request is validated and processed.

Validated MDs, DOs, and other licensed practitioners (depending on state-level requirements) can expect to receive samples, vouchers, and/or coupons within 14 business days of Merck receiving the signed and dated Sample Request Form.

Who do I contact for technical support or questions about my sample request?

Please contact Physicians Interactive at 1-866-363-3726 from Monday through Friday 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM ET. Voice messages left after business hours will be returned by the end of the next business day.

Who do I contact about a product question?

Please contact the Merck National Service Center at 1-800-672-6372 from Monday through Friday 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM ET. Hours are subject to change.

How do I report an adverse event?

For adverse event reporting, call 1-866-342-5683. If you wish to report an adverse event with a specific Merck product, please call the Merck National Service Center at 1-800-672-6372 from Monday through Friday 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM ET. Hours are subject to change.

Does Merck comply with the Physician Payments Sunshine Act?

Yes, Merck complies with all Federal and State reporting requirements regarding our interactions with health care professionals. As such, certain resources and services available on this Web site may be reportable. The data reported may include the health care provider's name as well as other necessary personally identifiable information as required as well as the market value of the resource or service as determined by Merck.
